Diane, who is responsible for the trajectory of NFL and keeping the team at the forefront of new strategies and initiatives, joined us in 2004, bringing with her many years of experience as a direct marketing professional. Diane has partnered with clients in almost every vertical, including Shriners Hospitals for Children, Sheriff’s Association state chapters, American Parkinson Disease Coalition, National Cancer Coalition, Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, Rebuilding Together, Operation Homefront, and many others. In addition to leading NFL’s all-star team, Diane provides strategy and analysis consultation to clients and prospects. Diane has a BBA in marketing and an MS in management. A member of the DMAW and the Association of National Advertisers Nonprofit Federation, Diane is very active in the direct marketing community, with many training sessions and published articles to her name.
Samantha joined NFL in 2017 and has continued to impress us with her industry knowledge and savvy ever since. With more than a decade in nonprofit fundraising, direct marketing, and donor and membership acquisition, and experience in verticals that include museum/cultural, faith-based, children/family, political, education, and health, Samantha is invaluable to the NFL team. Her client experience includes MoMA and the American Museum of Natural History, as well as other museums, cultural organizations, parks, and historical societies. Samantha is a key contributor to NFL’s marketing and new business development efforts through multiple channels, including our website and blog posts, social media, and service expansion. Samantha has a BA in Historic Preservation and an MA in Museum Studies. She often frequents industry events and conferences, assists in conference planning, and is always on top of market trends.
Minyi, who has been serving nonprofits exclusively for more than 15 years, joined our team in 2014. While she is currently focused on new donor acquisition strategy—which includes monthly campaign planning, annual budgeting, and scenario forecasting among many other talents—her former experience on the account side allows her to see the big picture and understand the impact of new donor investment on other programs. A passionate, data-driven strategist, Minyi has worked in many verticals, including environmental, animal welfare, cultural, international relief, women’s rights, and veterans/military. She has a BSBA in business with concentrations in marketing and finance. Minyi enjoys continually honing her fundraising skills and exchanging ideas with others.
Sue joined NFL in 2015, bringing with her over 10 years of experience as a list strategist, broker, and manager. She has in-depth knowledge in developing list strategy for clients from several verticals, including animal welfare, environmental, and veterans/military. Sue is very knowledgeable about co-op modeling and the targeted lists available in her clients’ sectors, focusing on securing the best selects and new models to improve campaign results. She produces strategic list plans and detailed reporting and analysis for The American Legion, as well as other health, veterans/military, and animal welfare organizations. Sue has a BS in marketing and regularly attends industry events to stay attuned to new resources that will benefit her clients’ fundraising programs.
Lauren has been a valued member of the NFL team since 2016. She has served organizations from many different verticals, including religious, cultural, health, humanitarian, and veterans/military. At NFL, Lauren’s client portfolio includes the Museum of the American Revolution, Central Park Conservancy, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and Jerusalem Prayer Team, as well as several rescue mission organizations. With her breadth of knowledge in analytics, strategy, and integrated list plans, she is an integral team member and has been crucial in expanding NFL’s digital service offerings. Lauren has an MBA, as well as a BSBA in marketing and management.
Linda is a seasoned list broker in the industry, having joined our NFL team in 2001! With extensive experience in the veterans/military, health, and environmental markets, Linda has served many valued clients, the most notable being Wounded Warrior Project. Linda is an instrumental team member, who excels in managing the clearance and list order process with efficiency. Her in-depth knowledge of the industry combined with her ability to adapt to changing market trends makes her a valuable member of the NFL team.
Renée has been with NFL since 2009 and has filled many important roles over the years. She is a seasoned list manager, broker, strategist, and analyst who brings her extensive knowledge to her work with clients, including Shriners Hospitals for Children and the Sheriff’s Association state chapters. Renée is a data-driven list manager who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and utilize data to inform strategic decision making. With experience in a variety of verticals, including sweeps, veterans/military, children/family, and health and law enforcement, Renee is a valued member of the team.
With an impressive tenure, Gaea has been with NFL since 2004. Over the years, Gaea has served many of the clients on our roster, past and present, and has partnered with organizations in almost every vertical. Gaea’s client experience includes but is not limited to The Fund for Animals, Mother Against Drunk Driving, Franciscan Mission Associates, Sons of Italy Foundation, and Help Heal Veterans. She holds a BFA and, as a key contributor to the NFL team, provides essential list brokerage and management services, including list research and recommendations, performance analyses, campaign strategies, and exchange relationship management.
Yvette has been a part of our NFL team since 2014, but she has been affiliated with our sister company, CDR Fundraising Group, since 2001, and her firsthand experience serving on both the agency (account team and production) and list side (brokerage and management) of the business give her an extra edge. Yvette has experience in the veterans/military, cultural, religious, and humanitarian verticals, with clients including The Fund for Animals, Soldier’s Wish, Family Research Council, Missouri National Vietnam Memorial, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Yvette is a member of the DMAW and regularly attends events and workshops in order to remain up to date on the latest trends.
