Diane Hardy joined National Fundraising Lists in 2004. More than a decade later, she is at the helm here at NFL in her position as managing director, leading the company to the forefront of the list industry. With over 16 years of direct marketing experience, Diane leads our all-star team of list brokers and managers and consults with them on strategy and analysis for their clients. Diane also directly brokers and manages for The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation and provides list acquisition strategy, analysis, and client consultation for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, Sheriffs Association, and Shriners Hospitals for Children. Prior to joining NFL, Diane managed a group of business-to-business list professionals. Her group provided a variety of services to the list community including analysis, list management and brokerage, and research. In her role as an active educator in the industry, she has spoken and served as co-chair at DMAW List Bazaars, conducted training seminars, and published articles, including “It’s Just One Big List” in The Nonprofit Times and “List Fatigue” in DMAW Marketing Advents. Diane is a member of Direct Marketing Association and Direct Marketing Association of Washington. She has a BBA in marketing and a Master of Science in management from the University of Maryland.
Gabie joined us in 2018, bringing over 19 years of experience in the direct marketing/list management and brokerage industry, with broad experience covering many sectors including financial, health, nonprofit, and political. Prior to joining us, Gabie worked for a lead generation company, managing internal and external content and advertising for several insurance companies’ websites and blogs. In her current role she leads NFL’s marketing and business development, with the goal of building our industry presence. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is a DMA and DMAW member.
Samantha joined National Fundraising Lists in 2017, bringing with her over seven years of experience in direct marketing and strategic list planning for museums and cultural organizations. Prior to that, she worked in the development and membership departments of well-known museums. Samantha currently manages the list strategy for NFL’s museum and cultural clients by providing list brokerage and management services, cooperative database modeling expertise, and an in-depth understanding of the market. Samantha has a Master of Arts degree in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
Minyi, another shining star who recently joined National Fundraising Lists, is our senior lead strategist. Minyi has over 10 years of fundraising experience and specializes in optimizing acquisition programs for clients in environmental and wildlife advocacy, women’s rights, international relief, and cultural preservation. In her instrumental role at NFL, she is responsible for developing modeling strategies for all NFL clients, as well as conducting strategic list reviews. Minyi also serves the American Legion account. Prior to entering the nonprofit sector, she provided marketing and merchandising support to a jewelry manufacturer. Minyi holds a B.S.B.A. from Boston University’s School of Management.
Sue has a strong background working in animal welfare and environmental organizations, along with her list broker experience. She brought her management and strategy skills to National Fundraising Lists in 2015 and now works for clients such as The American Legion, Fund for Animals, and Four Paws International. With her extensive knowledge, Sue provides her clients with strategic list plans and detailed reporting and analysis. Sue has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys running and bicycling.
Lauren joined National Fundraising Lists in 2016. Prior to working with the NFL team, she developed her industry experience at an international marketing agency, where she managed list department operations and was a key part of its analytics team. Lauren serves several markets, including health, veteran, cultural, religious, and humanitarian. Always eager to dive into the data and facilitate multi-channel campaigns, Lauren excels at creating digital list plans for her clients. Lauren has a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in marketing and management. In her free time, she volunteers as a Sentara Princess Anne Hospital Advisory Board member and enjoys reading. She is a DMA member and regularly attends DMAW events in the Washington, DC, area.
Linda joined National Fundraising Lists over a decade ago as a production assistant. In her years of dedicated service, she’s gained invaluable experience working with health, environmental, and veterans clients. Linda now serves as one of NFL’s senior account executives, and she provides list brokerage and management services for Wounded Warrior Project. In addition to her client work, Linda reviews and approves list campaigns for other list account executives, assists in training new staff, and was the list contact person on our proprietary campaign management system, Agency Plus™— a role that involved creating reports and troubleshooting list issues.
Gaea came to CDR Fundraising Group in 2004, after graduating from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. After working in an administrative support position initially, Gaea transitioned into her role with National Fundraising Lists in 2005. Today, as a seasoned account executive with nearly a decade of list experience under her belt, she provides list brokerage and list management services for Help Hospitalized Veterans, HHV-Disabled War Veterans, and the United Way of Greater Los Angeles.
After several years of serving as HR administrator and executive assistant to the president of CDR Fundraising Group, Renee was enticed by allure of the exciting list world and joined National Fundraising Lists in 2009 as a junior account executive. In 2011, she was promoted to account executive. Today, Renee is an expert in the field, having amassed many years of experience working with health, environmental, humanitarian, and veterans clients. She currently provides list brokerage and management services for Help Hospitalized Veterans Sweepstakes and Shriners Hospitals for Children, and brokerage only for Sheriffs Association. Renee is responsible for list strategy and analysis for acquisition campaigns and managing the use of donor names by outside mailers. Also, Renee is our contact person on our proprietary campaign management system, Agency Plus™— a role that involves creating reports, developing new modules, and troubleshooting list issues.
Yvette is a familiar face here, having joined National Fundraising Lists’ parent company CDR Fundraising Group in 2001! She began as an account executive in direct mail and direct TV, working with a variety of clients, including Central Park Conservancy, Shriners Hospitals for Children, Christian Appalachian Project, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and more. In 2015, she brought her skills and experience over to NFL, where she is a list manager and broker. Her clients include Fund for Animals, Four Paws International, Southwestern Indian Children’s Fund, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She is a member of the New Jersey State Society and DMAW.
One of our fresh, new stars, Latasha joined National Fundraising Lists in 2014 as a list assistant. In her role, Latasha provides invaluable assistance to NFL’s account executive team, supporting each member with list brokerage and list management services. These responsibilities include filing list orders, updating counts on data cards, and checking for order delivery in our proprietary online reporting system. (In a nutshell, she keeps things at NFL running smoothly and efficiently. Latasha has a B.S. in Business from Bowie State University.
